The staff was attentive and helpful during our stay.
The check-in process was extremely frustrating. Despite having my confirmation number ready, the receptionist was unable to locate my reservation. After insisting multiple times, it magically appeared, but this mishap left a sour taste.

Unique surf lesson experience, two beautiful pools, spacious bungalows close to beach
The pool area no longer feels exclusive with outsiders using it freely!!! The water temperature in the showers is erratic, making for an unpleasant bathing experience!!! A body mirror in the bungalow would have been a nice touch!!!

A Cozy Retreat by the Sea
We enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of our stay, basked in the sea breeze, and relaxed with a delightful couple’s massage overlooking the ocean. Don’t miss having dinner at the nearby restaurant. their seafood dishes are unforgettable. Just remember to bring insect repellent!

The beach access was AMAZING! 🌊 The bungalows were nice and clean, but the bathroom had a strong odor that was off-putting. Overall, a nice family stay despite a few hiccups.

missingWrote a review on 02 Augcrowded pool
However, this resort has lost its exclusivity. anyone can access the pool and surrounding areas, leading to crowded conditions that detracted from our relaxation. The pool itself is showing signs of neglect, with cracks making it appear dirty despite daily cleaning efforts. Additionally, the showers only provide super hot or super cold water, which may not suit everyone's preference. The open design of the bathroom, separated by a mere screen, can feel a bit lacking in privacy, and we did notice some mold in the shower area due to humidity. For those without a car, getting to nearby shops or restaurants can be a bit of an adventure since they are not conveniently located. Despite these inconveniences, the beach views and overall vibe still hold appeal.

The atmosphere at Tortuga Village really impressed me, especially the view from the bungalow and the beach access. While I appreciated the friendly staff and the great food, the lack of adequate Wi-Fi information and noise disturbances were a bit disappointing.

Amazing stay with a personalized touch!
I celebrated my wife's birthday here and it was just fantastic! Lilian was super sweet, even got us a mini cake with a candle. The room was nice, and the bar area was perfect for relaxing with drinks. Just wish the shower water didn't feel so salty – kinda gross. But all in all, a great experience!

The dining scene at Tortuga Village was a delight, with delicious breakfast served right on the patio under my bungalow — those scones were heavenly! The staff's attentiveness was a cherry on top, ensuring we had everything we needed, making it feel like true Caribbean hospitality. Plus, the beach was gorgeous for lazy afternoons, perfect for soaking in that sun.
However, the first night had me tossing and turning thanks to a pesky leak in our bungalow and some loud music blaring until the wee hours. Also, a body mirror would've been a nice touch for those pre-dinner glam sessions.
